2. Mold development information form (such as how many products are produced in one mold, etc.)

3. Please provide whether your company has mold design standards (such as export mold standards or design reference drawings)

4. Which projects do you want us to undertake (such as DFM + 2D assembly drawings + full 3D models + 2D processing drawings + mold bill of materials, etc.)

5. The invoicing information of your company (used for filling out the quotation form and subsequent invoicing)

6. The name, telephone number, email address, etc. of the contact person

7. Please inform us whether you need us to quote the price including tax or the price excluding tax

8. If there are other requirements, please provide them to us before the quotation
